Project Information: Wells Fargo located at 3390 Pilot Knob Road, Eagan, MN 55121, United States of America. 7,044 sf existing building to be renovated. The scope of work for interior paint includes painting walls (up to 9'-2"), painting gypsum board ceilings, soffits, and repaired ceiling grid (repairs provided by others) and painting doors and frames, access panels. Bid is Due on June 17, 2025 at 1 PM. Submission information is listed below. 
 
This is a material take-off prepared per the plans and specs for Interior Paint Only. Submission and/or consulting with your supplier to generate all necessary costs to submit a cost proposal is highly recommended. Subcontractor to finalize costs on an official company letterhead and submit to General Contractor prior to June 17, 2025. All proposals to be submitted through "Building Connected".
