Project Scope of work: This is a phased interior remodel of a mercantile space contained within an existing shopping center. Proposed work includes construction and installation of new non-load bearing partitions, fixtures, finishes, lighting, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. This is an OPEN phased remodel. The store will only close 3 days and this will occur on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of week 3 of construction. See G1.0 for phase information.
 
Drywall Scope of Work: 19.25' high non load bearing metal stud walls with 5/8" Type X Gypsum Board. 4'x12' gypsum board used to calculate quantities. Includes quantities for metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, mud, tape, etc. Existing and new walls to be brought to Level 4 finish.
