Project Scope of work: This is a phased interior remodel of a mercantile space contained within an existing shopping center. Proposed work includes construction and installation of new non-load bearing partitions, fixtures, finishes, lighting, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. This is an OPEN phased remodel. The store will only close 3 days and this will occur on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of week 3 of construction. See G1.0 for phase information.
 
Interior Paint Scope of Work: This take-off includes quantities for patching and repairing existing walls, up to 19.25' high. A lift or scaffolding is required to complete the work. Paint 19.25' high existing and new walls. Paint Gypsum board ceilings, underside of metal deck in 2 designated areas, paint wooded base boards per drawing details, paint soffits, paint hollow metal doors and frames, paint exterior steel door and frame. Daily clean up due to scope being completed while store is functional. 
 
**All walls to be brought up to a level 4 finish before painting commences. Level 4 finish to be provided by others (Provide cost as "Add").
