Project Scope of work: This is a phased interior remodel of a mercantile space contained within an existing shopping center. Proposed work includes construction and installation of new non-load bearing partitions, fixtures, finishes, lighting, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. This is an OPEN phased remodel. The store will only close 3 days and this will occur on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of week 3 of construction. See G1.0 for phase information.
 
Exterior Paint Scope of Work: Restaining exterior wood. Wood is 19.25' high A.F.F. Includes quantities for restaining existing wood over storefront areas. Replace areas where rotten wood exists. Rotten wood to be replaced by others. If interested in providing cost to replace wood, price as an "Add" on cost proposal.
