The President of Capius Construction Consultants,  Angela O'Neal-Wynn, is the First African American Female to graduate from Georgia Southern University’s Bachelor's of Science Construction Management Program. She also holds a minor concentration in Business Administration and is a Authorized OSHA Training Instructor. A native of Midway, Georgia, along with a college education from Georgia Southern University, Angela has previously acquired a Dual Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering and Environmental Design previous to acquiring her goals of becoming a construction professional. Throughout her tenure as a construction professional, Angela has  successfully managed residential and commercial  projects in the range of 17+ million to 400+ million dollars with experience with the Savannah Chatham County School District, Charleston County School District, the Housing Authority of Spartanburg, the City of Savannah, Sparkers Convenience Stores, Mount Caramel Holiness Church, and other private entities throughout Southeast Georgia & South Carolina. As the eyes and ears of the owner, Angela plays a vital role in the construction process. She possesses skills in project management, quality assurance, and safety management. Angela also works diligently with locals, mwbe firms, and etc. to ensure that  proper documentation  techniques are being fulfilled correctly before, during, and after the construction process and that firms are not only working at capacity to remain successful but to ensure that they are working within their means financially. Angela has had the opportunity to be a team player to one of the most successful minority firms in Savannah and South Carolina which is where she has played a major part in achieving 30+ minority participation with 70+ local participation on construction projects. Given her passion for the construction industry, Angela has had the opportunity to grow as a construction manager, as a whole!
